This price includes up to 1200sqft and one bathroom. All surfaces cleaned and sanitized (including kitchen and bath), vacuum/mop and shampoo living room carpet (if applicable or one room carpet) clean appliances inside an out (basic wipe down), and dust/wipe down all light fixtures.
